PORT ALLEGANY — S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library will mark the 75th anniversary of the historic D-Day coastal landings and air invasion by American and Allied forces during World War II with a program from 6 to 7 p.m. June 13.
Steve Appleby, curator of the Eldred World War II Museum will give an educational presentation on the events of D-Day. This free program was made possible by a donation from VFW Post #6391. No registration is necessary.
