PORT ALLEGANY — Amy Mickle will host Yoga for Teens and Adults ages 13-100 from 7 to 8 p.m. June 11 at S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library.
This six-week program will meet on Tuesdays through July 16.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes, bring a beach towel or blanket, and plan to be barefoot. Anyone who owns a yoga mat is asked to bring it. Younger children should not attend. No registration is necessary.
