SMETHPORT — The meeting of Take Off Pounds Sensibly Pa. 623 was held Tuesday evening at the East Smethport United Christian Church.
Thirteen members weighed in. There was a loss of 8.8 pounds with one staying the same.
The “no-no” is cake.
Jayme read an article titled “Get Fit Now To Protect Your Brain Later.” Kathy, Sue, Brenda, Zoey and Ami did a demonstration of their line dance number they performed at ARD.
Sue will do the program next week.
