EMPORIUM –– Emporium-based state police arrested a 38-year-old Emporium woman for suspicion of DUI when the woman called authorities to report a suspicious device on her vehicle.
The woman alleged to authorities the device allowed someone to control her car’s wipers, windows and engine, and talk through the speakers, state police said.
The woman was not named in the police report.
