Bradford residents Alicia Skaggs and Kyle Viola have announced their plan to wed. The bride-elect is the daughter of David Skaggs of Bradford and Joycelyn Pysadee of Bradford. She is a graduate of Bradford Area High School, Class of 2011, and a graduate of Jamestown Community College, Class of 2018. She is employed as an OB-GYN nurse at Olean (N.Y.) Medical Group. Her fiance, son of Mark and Steph Viola of Bradford, is also a graduate of Bradford Area High School, Class of 2011, as well as a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Class of 2015. He is the front desk shift manager at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino. A wedding ceremony will be held Oct. 5 at Ivory Acres, Frewsburg, N.Y.
