COUDERSPORT — A Roulette man was arraigned last week on two sex-related cases, one stemming from allegations in 2010-11.
Joshua Gockley, 28, is in Potter County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail in each case, Coudersport-based state police said.
According to police, he is charged in one case with aggravated indecent assault, a first-degree felony; unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, third-degree felonies; indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children, first-degree misdemeanors.
In that case, between Sept. 8, 2010, and Sept. 8, 2011 in Austin Borough, Gockley sexually assaulted a juvenile female, police said.
In the second case, he is charged with corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, third-degree felonies; endangering the welfare of children and solicitation-indecent assault, first-degree misdemeanors.
According to police, between Jan. 1, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2018, in Portage Township, Gockley solicited a 16-year-old female from Austin for sex.
Preliminary hearings are set for June 6 in both cases.
Court records indicate Gockley has another case pending for similar allegations.
According to court records, charges were filed in February against Gockley for 2017 allegations. He’s charged in that case with disseminating photos/film of child sex acts, child pornography, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor and sexual abuse, all third-degree felonies; indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and solicitation-indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, first-degree misdemeanors.
Gockley waived a preliminary hearing March 18 for the 2017 allegations.
