HARRISBURG — The statewide technical issue that affected Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s photo licensing and related services at PennDOT’s Driver License and Photo License Centers on Tuesday has been resolved by PennDOT’s photo license vendor.
All driver licensing and photo licensing services are now available.
