SMETHPORT — The Smethport Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual dinner and award ceremony on May 9.
The dinner will be held at the American Legion Bucktail Club 138. The guest speaker will be Zachariah Pearson, McKean County veterans specialist. Social hour will be at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Award winners for this year are Volunteer of the Year, Dorothy Dart; Community Service Organizations, Good Growing Gardens and the Legion Riders; Business of the Year, Sena Kean Manor; and Lifetime Appreciation Award, Linda Lake.
