CROSBY (EC) — The McKean County American Legion Riders will meet at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Crosby American Legion to participate in the Adopt a Highway project.
The project is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Roadside Beautification program that encourages the public’s assistance in removing unsightly litter from the state’s roadways.
The Riders will be along Route 46 South between the Gallico Crossroads and near Crosby.
