SMETHPORT — A Bradford man accused of conspiracy with another man to possess stolen items pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court.
Jeffrey S. Wood, 23, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit access device fraud and conspiracy to receive stolen property. Between Jan. 4-6, 2018, Wood agreed with Byron Nichols to possess a woman’s access device and wallet, which were stolen, said Assistant District Attorney Jerry Grill. Wood will be sentenced May 9.
Jessica R. Lamper, 33, of Warren, will serve two years of probation and pay $476.50 in restitution for a charge of retail theft. On March 7, Lamper pleaded guilty to allegations that on July 18 she took $476.50 in merchandise from Walmart.
Molly L. Hartle, 47, of Westline, will serve two days to one year in McKean County Jail for a charge of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and summary charges. When talking about her case on Thursday, President Judge John Pavlock said Hartle, who was driving with a suspended driver’s license, struck another vehicle while she was trying to pass it, then left the scene.
Corinne L. Barnett, 41, of Bradford, will serve one year of probation for a charge of retail theft. Barnett pleaded guilty March 21 to allegations that on Sept. 10 she took $203.46 in merchandise from Walmart.
Robert D. Reed, 53, of Allegany, N.Y., will serve one year of probation for a charge of retail theft. On April 4, Reed pleaded guilty to allegations that on Dec. 21 he took $82.99 in merchandise from the Walmart in Foster Township.
Jodi L. Stull, 34, of Turtlepoint, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a charge of DUI-controlled substance and summary charges.
