A Bolivar, N.Y., man has been charged for allegedly threatening to rape and kill a Ceres man, his animals and his family.
Derek S. Foss, 23, of 6344 Homestead Road, is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, in November, Foss called a man at the man’s Ceres Township home and threatened him. Specifically, police allege, Foss told the man he was going to go to his house and kill his family, and rape and kill him and his pets.
Foss was arraigned Wednesday and jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court April 18.
