A Bradford woman is facing allegations she used a stolen credit card numerous times.
Jamie K. Defilippo, 27, is charged with access device fraud, a third-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to the criminal complaint, Defilippo took a man’s Discover credit card without his knowledge and used it to make several purchases.
Defilippo is accused of making 31 separate purchases for a total of $3,778.09. At the Foster Brook Walmart alone, she used the card 14 times on 11 days for a total on the card of $816.20, the complaint stated.
Foster Township and Bradford Township police departments were both involved in the investigation. During an interview, Defilippo allegedly admitted to a Foster Township officer that she used the card knowing it was stolen, according to court records.
Defilippo was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. She is set to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
