A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for next month for Tuesday Hale on allegations of selling crack cocaine in Bradford.
Hale, 52, of 6 Fosterview Drive, Bradford, is charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, a felony; possession of crack and of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors; and criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony.
According to the criminal complaint, at 8:18 p.m. March 5, Hale sold 2 grams of crack cocaine in exchange for $200. Police allegedly found another 0.5 grams of crack cocaine in her possession, as well as a crack pipe. She arranged the alleged sale via cell phone.
A hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. April 10 before District Judge Dom Cercone. At Central Court on Thursday, her bail was reduced from $25,000 to $10,000. She remains incarcerated in McKean County Jail.
