Duke Center author Bill Robertson caught on camera this ice wheel that formed in the Allegheny River near Olean, N.Y. He saw it along the West River Road that goes from Olean to Allegany, N.Y. Ice trapped in a whirlpool creates a very interesting phenomenon.
