On Tuesday, detectives with the McKean County Drug Task Force arrested a Bradford woman for an alleged crack cocaine delivery.
Detectives seized additional crack cocaine from Tuesday Hale, 52, of 6 Fosterview Drive, at the time of her arrest, District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced.
According to Shaffer, Hale will be charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication device, a third-degree felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
Hale was arraigned before District Judge David Engman and committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of $25,000.
According to the criminal complaint, at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday, Hale sold 2 grams of crack cocaine in exchange for $200. Police allegedly found another 0.5 grams of crack cocaine in her possession, as well as a crack pipe. She arranged the alleged sale via cell phone.
Hale is scheduled to appear in Central Court on March 14.
