An Emporium man is incarcerated on allegations that he was making threats on Valentine’s Day in Bradford City.
Shayne A. Sage, 27, of Emporium, was arraigned Friday before District Judge Dominic Cercone on 11 counts of terroristic threats, all first-degree misdemeanors; and 11 counts of summary harassment, according to court records.
Cercone sent Sage to McKean County Jail without bail, as he was “uncomfortable granting bail at this time,” court records stated.
Kane-based state police reported that Sage will face a new summary for his alleged conduct at the jail.
According to police, at 10:03 a.m. Saturday, Sage damaged an 800 TVL W Box Technologies camera worth $300. He will be charged with a non-traffic citation of criminal mischief.
Sage is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday for the threat case.
