A Clarion woman is facing allegations that she provided alcohol to minors in a hotel room in Bradford.
Alexandra J. Lazor, 22, of 1221 Leatherwood Drive, Apt. E, Clarion, was arraigned Monday before District Judge Richard Luther on charges corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor; selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, a third-degree misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a summary charge.
Lazor is accused of providing a room for four people under age 18 and one person who was over age 18 but under age 21 to consume alcohol; also, she purchased Twisted Tea malt beverages for them, court records stated.
The criminal complaint states that at 2:56 a.m. Dec. 1, Bradford Township police were dispatched for a complaint of noise and underage drinking in Room 111 of the Econo Lodge, 515 South Ave. There, police discovered a juvenile female laying on the ground and other juveniles running outside of Room 111. The room’s door was wide open.
As officer approached the room, they watched juveniles run to the bathroom. There were several open alcohol containers around the room, court records indicated.
Lazor was the only person over age 21 that officers found at the site, according to the complaint.
Police responded to two complaints regarding the group’s behavior, with callers saying they were yelling, drinking alcohol and running around the hotel. They gave one warning to the group to stop.
Lazor is free on $12,500 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Jan. 17.
