The students in Mrs. Angie Sheeley’s first grade class brainstormed ideas on ways they could help their community. Their top choice was to donate toys to children who are in need, and collected toys to give to the Era’s Less Fortunate Fund this year. ELF President Ed Hayden visited the classroom to collect the toys to take to “Santa’s Workshop” so other children would have a merry Christmas. The students were named honorary Elves for donating toys.
