Burglary under investigation in Liberty Township

KANE — Kane-based state police are investigating a burglary that occurred over the weekend in Liberty Township.

According to police, between 11:30 a.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday, someone entered the residence of a 24-year-old woman and took numerous items valued at $842.

Missing items include a 42-inch Sony TV, a 30-inch Vizio TV, a white Xbox One, an Xbox controller, Xbox games including Madden NFL 16 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, a carton of cigarettes and suboxone pills.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kane-based state police at 778-5555.
