KANE — A Warren man died Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle accident on Route 59 in Keating Township.
Aaron M. Arnold, 26, of Warren, was pronounced dead at the scene by McKean County Coroner Michael Cahill, Kane-based state police reported.
According to police, at 7:04 a.m., a pick-up truck driven by Arnold was traveling east on Route 59 at a high rate of speed, when it went out of control on a left-hand curve just east of Augie Road, striking a guard rail on the right side of the road.
The truck crossed into the westbound lane, continued off the road and struck multiple trees north of the road before coming to rest facing south, police stated. Arnold was not wearing his seatbelt, police said.
