Organizers of the 2018 Kiwanis Kapers show remind area residents that auditions will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at First Presbyterian Church on East Corydon Street.
Rehearsals will begin Sept. 30, and show dates are Nov. 8, 9 and 10 at the Bradford Area High School auditorium.
The show, which will be directed by Kristin Asinger and musically directed by John Kearns, will have a variety show format with a storyline.
Those auditioning will be expected to fill out a form and go through the audition stations. All who attend are asked to wear comfortable clothing. Needed are actors, singers and dancers, 5 years old through adults, and all experience levels are welcome.
Children with the Kapers Kids group numbers, who are in grades kindergarten through fifth grade, need only have their parents sign them up. However, if a child wants to be considered for other scenes, the youngster must audition.
Also needed are people who can provide backstage help, as well as those who are willing to help with costumes, hair and makeup.
