GALETON — With completion anticipated by late September, construction is continuing on a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation project on Route 44 (Pine Hill Road) in Abbott Township, Potter County.
Work on the Route 44 bridge has been delayed due to exceptionally wet weather and flooding. Through completion, an alternating, single-lane traffic pattern controlled by temporary traffic signals remains in place.
In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change, PennDOT said.
