KANE — A Port Allegany man has been accused of sexually assaulting a female Friday afternoon at his apartment.
Kane-based state police reported that at 2:30 p.m. Friday, the female arrived at the home of Jacob Tarr, 25, of 230 N. Brooklynside Road, Apt. B. They had a social conversation that became a physical altercation.
Tarr allegedly exposed his genitals, forced the female through the hallway and pushed her on the floor. He flipped her on her back and assaulted her sexually and physically, police stated.
He released her, and she left the apartment and called 911.
It was unclear at press time if charges had been filed against Tarr or if he was in police custody.
