SMETHPORT — A Bradford woman pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to one charge of recklessly endangering another person.
Jennifer L. Therrien, 28, entered the plea for allegations that on Dec. 8, 2017, she drove down the sidewalk on East Main Street, Bradford, toward a person who was fleeing on foot, according to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer. She will be sentenced Sept. 13.
Richard P. Koza, 37, of Kane, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-controlled substance and a summary charge.
Justin R. Kukla, 43, of Kane, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-alcohol and a summary charge.
Richard A. Wilson, 48, of Smethport, will serve six months to one year of incarceration with credit for 225 days of time served for a charge of possession of a crack pipe.
Amber L. Harris, 22, of Bradford, will serve two years of probation for charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. She pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to allegations that between Sept. 2-5 in 2017, Harris stole a personal check valued at $200.
Lynn C. Riazzi, 35, will serve 18 months of probation for charges in two cases. She’s charged in one case with attempted retail theft and in the second with retail theft. On July 12, Riazzi pleaded guilty to allegations that on Oct. 13, 2017, she took $74.36 in merchandise from Dollar General in Kane; then, on Jan. 6, she tried to conceal $46.69 in merchandise in another container in order to steal it, but she was not successful.
Thomas H. Bennett, 45, of Roulette, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI-controlled substance, habitual offenders and summary charges. He will be sentenced Sept. 13.
Keian J. Schweigart, 20, of Kane, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. On Nov. 24, 2017, Schweigart took between $3 and $4 in cash tips from Subway in Kane, said Assistant District Attorney Jerry Grill. Schweigart will be sentenced Aug. 30.
Rebecca J. Stone, 46, of Bradford, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-controlled substance and a summary charge.
Christopher L. Haight, 23, of Bradford, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-alcohol.
Nicholas D. Johnson, 32, of Bradford, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of DUI-alcohol and summary charges.
