Despite temperatures in the 80s, the second day of Bradford’s Festa Italiana was packed as festival goers could be seen enjoying games, snowcones and, yes –– food.
For Tori Moonan, her favorite festival food is “definitely the fried dough.” Her sister, Tara Moonan, said her favorite food is the rigatoni.
“Seeing everybody come together and the music. I think it’s really great,” said Tori Moonan of what she likes most about the event.
Her sister echoed the view and added, “Everyone is able to come together in one area and socialize.”
The Moonan sisters said they enjoy the atmosphere of the festival and meeting new people while also catching up with people they do not see often.
Today is the last day of the festival and all of the notorious foods offered there.
Entertainment for today will include Jim Ronan and Kylie Geci from 1 – 5 p.m., Marshmellow Overcoat from 5 – 9 p.m., Witch Hazel from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. There will be a fireworks display tonight at 9:30 p.m.
