A third man has been charged in an alleged assault July 5 at the Lighter Side.
David L. Humphrey, 26, of Pittsburgh, was arraigned Tuesday night before District Judge Dominic Cercone on charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, a first-degree felony, and two counts each of simple assault and conspiracy to commit simple assault, all second-degree misdemeanors.
Humphrey is free on 10 percent of $5,000 bail.
The criminal complaint indicates that at 12:18 a.m. July 5 several people “jumped” Brian Ubrey inside the bar and assaulted him.
Ubrey was taken to Bradford Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries including a fractured orbital and fractures to his left sinus, court records stated. He also had bruising and on his face.
Also charged are Matthew S. Bundy, 27, of Bradford, and Mitchell K. Schillinger, 24, of Bradford.
All three men are scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
