Four of the 121 charges against a Hazleton man were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Julio Massas, 39, of 19th E. 5th St., Hazleton, is accused of taking thousands of dollars from his employer, Seneca Distribution on Chestnut Street.
He had faced numerous counts of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking receiving stolen property and theft by deception, now faces one count of each charge; the others counts have been withdrawn.
According to the criminal complaint, Massas used a company credit card for 37 transactions that totaled $12,918.15. He had been given the card to buy parts for company vehicles. The 37 transactions were allegedly for personal expenses that included some for a fake business that Massas created.
He is free on unsecured bail.
