A Bradford man accused of soliciting sex acts from two underage females had charges against him bound to McKean County Court on Wednesday.
Joseph B. Frontera III, 25, of 13 High St., appeared for a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone, who bound over the charges.
Though one of the two criminal cases against Frontera was withdrawn, the allegations and charges from the withdrawn case appear to have been added to the other case, combining them.
He is charged with two counts each of promoting the prostitution of a minor and unlawful contact with a minor-prostitution, all third-degree felonies; and two counts of corruption of minors, both first-degree misdemeanors.
According to the criminal complaint, on May 30, Frontera approached a girl in Hanley park on Davis Street and offered her $20 to have sex with him; when she said no, he asked if she would perform other sexual acts for the same amount of money.
Then, on June 11, he messaged a 13-year-old girl on Facebook and asked if she would perform a sexual act on him in exchange for money, court records stated.
Frontera remains incarcerated in McKean County Jail on $15,000.
