One of two criminal counts against a Kane man in a threat case was dismissed at a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge David Engman.
Bradley J. Lundberg, 33, of Kane, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor, court records indicate. The dismissed charge was a count of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor.
The criminal complaint filed at the time of Lundberg’s arrest stated that on July 4, he threatened to get a gun and start shooting people. There was no indication that he actually had a weapon.
