A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail in lieu of $135,000 bail after being arraigned recently on rape allegations.
Christopher R. Yohe, 28, was arrested last week by Somerset-based state police, then arraigned Thursday before District Judge Richard Luther.
According to the criminal complaint, on June 14, the alleged victim was in a home in Foster Township getting ready to wash dishes, when she received a phone call from Yohe. He told her he wanted to see her; the victim then found out he was already in the house.
She told him to leave, but he refused; instead, he pinned her arms down under his knees, took off some of her clothing and sexually assaulted her, court records stated.
Yohe is charged with rape by forcible compulsion and burglary, both first-degree felonies; sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault, both second-degree felonies; criminal trespassing, a third-degree felony; unlawful restraint, a first-degree misdemeanor; and indecent assault, a second-degree misdemeanor.
He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
