A Bradford man is facing allegations that he delivered pills in January in Bradford City.
David R. Kelsey, 45, of 186 E. Main St., was arrested Tuesday by a detective with the McKean County Drug Task Force for delivering 20 Vicodin pills during a narcotics investigation, District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced.
Kelsey was arraigned before District Judge Dominic Cercone on a charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony.
The criminal complaint stated that at 5:55 p.m. Jan. 17 in front of his residence, Kelsey sold the pills to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force in exchange for $80.
Kelsey is free on $5,000 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on July 19.
Shaffer said residents can report suspected illegal drug activity by contacting the McKean County Drug Task Force at the District Attorney’s Office at 887-3312 or MCDTFtip@gmail.com.
