A Kane man is in McKean County Jail after allegedly threatening shoot shoot people in a Kane home on the Fourth of July.
Bradley J. Lundberg, 33, of Kane, was arraigned Wednesday morning before District Judge Richard Luther on charges of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, at 4:52 a.m. Wednesday, Kane Borough Police were sent to the home to investigate a report that a man threatened to get a gun and start shooting people.
After Lundberg allegedly made the threat, someone in the home went upstairs with the children who were in the residence, and Lundberg left, the criminal complaint indicated.
An officer went to Lundberg’s Elk Avenue residence and was waiting for backup, when Lundberg came out; the officer took him into custody, the complaint stated.
According to court records, Lundberg had no weapons on him when he was taken into custody.
He was committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
