A Bradford man is in McKean County Jail after allegedly threatening to shoot someone with a gun late Tuesday night.
Timothy M. Cline, 33, of 176 Elm St., upper apartment, was arraigned early Wednesday morning before District Judge David Engman on charges of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; recklessly endangering another person and simple assault, both second-degree misdemeanors; and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor.
According to the criminal complaint, at 10:37 p.m. Tuesday, while Cline was in an argument with his girlfriend, he chambered a round in his .40 caliber Glock handgun and pointed it at her and said he was going to kill her.
She texted her mother about the alleged threat, and her mother called 9-1-1, court records stated.
Cline was jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on July 5.
