LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Bradford, Pa., woman has been charged for allegedly stealing someone’s wallet at a Cattaraugus County business.
Nicole M. Kornacki, 39, of 84 Holley Ave., Bradford, is charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office reported.
According to law enforcement officials, about 9 p.m. Sunday at Sassy’s Truck Stop, 2088 U.S. Route 219, Carrollton, Kornacki took a wallet belonging to James R. Downs.
Kornacki was arraigned in the Town of Allegany Court and committed to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear Monday in the Town of Carrollton Court.
