Misdemeanor charges against James City man withdrawn

Misdemeanor charges against a James City man have been withdrawn.

Roy T. Edinger, 41, was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge David Engman on the case.

Court records indicate charges of endangering the welfare of children and simple assault were withdrawn, leaving just a summary harassment charge for the alleged incident May 2 in Kane.
