Assault charges against a Port Allegany man were bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary Monday before District Judge William Todd.
Julian M. Ruibal, 24, is charged with endangering the welfare of children, a third-degree felony; simple assault, a first-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary charge, court records stated.
The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 10 in Liberty Township, records indicate.
Ruibal is free on $5,000 unsecured bail.
