According to court records, at 11 p.m. Friday, state police responded to a camp in Liberty Township for an alleged assault. They learned that a 13-year-old female was arguing with another child when Green came in the room, grabbed her by her hair and slammed her head into the mattress. She said he also grabbed her neck and covered her mouth, causing her to have trouble breathing. She ran outside and got in Green’s truck, at which time he “punched out the back window, removed the victim from the truck and threw her on the ground,” the records allege.
