A Bradford woman accused of assaulting someone with a tire iron had charges against her bound to court.
Tanya M. Graves, 28, of Lewis Run, is charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony; possession of an instrument of crime, a first-degree misdemeanor; recklessly endangering another person and two counts of simple assault, all second-degree misdemeanors.
Graves appeared for a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
According to the criminal complaint, on Nov. 29, Graves entered a woman’s apartment and began punching her. Graves then allegedly grabbed a tire iron that was on the floor and hit the woman several times in the head, arms and torso.
Graves allegedly chased the woman as she ran from the apartment, continuing to punch her until a neighbor let the woman borrow a phone.
Graves is incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
