SMETHPORT — A jury found a Bradford man guilty of indecent assault allegations in two cases Tuesday in McKean County Court.
Roger Traster Sr., 61, was convicted of all counts against him after the two-day trial, said District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer.
The cases were heard before President Judge John Pavlock.
According to Shaffer, those charges included six counts of felony aggravated indecent assault, four counts of felony indecent assault and four counts of misdemeanor indecent assault.
Traster will be sentenced Aug. 2.
Court records filed at the time of his arrest indicated that between 2009 and 2011, he touched a girl who was 9-11 years old under her clothes. Then, in 2014, he allegedly touched a girl under her shirt.
Shaffer prosecuted the case, and attorney Kyle Milliron served as Traster’s attorney.
