Three men were charged Sunday night for allegations they participated in a fight in the roadway on Main Street by the Hotel Holley in Bradford.
William T. Puskar, 33, of 197 South Ave., Bradford; Matthew G. Confer, 23, of 350 E. Main St., Apt. 2, Bradford; and Chad M. Graves, 30, of 2995 Route 46, Smethport, were allegedly fighting on the sidewalk in front of the establishment, and they moved the fight into the street, where traffic was passing by, the criminal complaint indicated.
Bradford City Police were dispatched to the fight, and a police officer from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford who was passing handcuffed Confer and Puskar. Police located Graves walking on Main Street near Domino’s and took him into custody.
All three were arraigned Sunday night before District Judge Dominic Cercone and incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. They are scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
