KANE — A Kane man was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an alleged family dispute.
Roy T. Edinger, 41, of 521 Haines St., was arraigned Wednesday evening before District Judge David Engman on charges of endangering the welfare of children, a first-degree misdemeanor; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; harassment, a summary charge.
According to the criminal complaint, during an argument, Edinger pushed a 16-year-old girl onto a couch. He is also accused of pushing adults during the alleged dispute.
Edinger is free on unsecured bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
