SMETHPORT — A Bradford man was sentenced to state prison Thursday in McKean County Court for a DUI conviction.
Randon M. Black, 31, of Bradford, will serve one to five years in state prison with credit for 46 days of time served for two counts of DUI-controlled substance and summary charges.
Black was found guilty of all counts at a jury trial in March.
Also in court, Jillian F. Labrie, 27, of Smethport, will serve three days to six months in McKean County Jail and five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for DUI-alcohol and summary charges in two cases.
Frankie R. Gardner, 23, of Ridgway, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a summary charge.
Eric S. Hetrick, 39, of Lewis Run, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a summary charge.
Shannon D. Hollobaugh, 46, of Bradford, will serve 18 months of probation for a charge of simple assault.
Heather Carter, 20, of Rixford, will serve one year of probation for a charge of retail theft.
