State Rep. Martin Causer, R-Turtlepoint, reads to participants of the Bradford Family Center’s parent-child group of birth to age 5 for the Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child literacy initiative during the month of April. Reading aloud to children is an important factor in literacy development and one of the best activities you can do to prepare a child for school. This year’s featured book is, My Cousin Momo by Zachariah OHora.
