SHINGLEHOUSE — Otto-Eldred scored three runs in the top of the first inning, but Oswayo Valley rallied for an 8-4 win to defeat the Terrors (1-4) for the second consecutive day.
OV (6-1) starter Ryan Graves could only get one out and gave up three runs before getting pulled. Senior Jacob Karr then entered the game and pitched his team to victory.
Karr recorded the game’s final 20 outs, giving up four hits and a single run in the fourth inning.
The Green Wave have now won six straight games after dropping their season opener. OV also came from behind to defeat Otto on Monday, scoring four runs in the sixth inning after being down 1-0 for most of the contest.
Garren Black had three hits to power the Green Wave offense on Tuesday. Gage Babcock added a triple and Camden Graves had two RBI including the go-ahead single in the bottom of the fourth.
OV’s victory sets up an important Northern Allegany League showdown against 7-0 Coudersport on Thursday. The Green Wave lost to Coudy 11-5 for their only loss of the season.

EMPORIUM — Unbeaten Coudersport scored 13 runs in the first two innings on the way to a 19-1 five-inning victory over Cameron County in a Northern Allegany League baseball game on Tuesday.
The winners pounded out 21 hits including five doubles, the two-baggers coming off the bats of Owen Chambers, Eli Ayers, Kullen Crosby, Jacob Pitcher and Hunter Redmond.
Also for the Falcons, now 7-0, Blake Burgett went 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs and as the starting pitcher picked up the win.
Five pitchers worked the mound for the Red Raiders but had no answer for the Falcons.
Cameron County’s Adam Shaffer scored the Red Raiders’ (3-5) lone run in the bottom of the first inning.
Cameron County returns to action on Thursday at Port Allegany.

ST. MARYS — Nate Beimel hit a home run and struck out 10 in six innings of work on the mound to lead St. Marys over Elk County Catholic on Tuesday.
Beimel’s solo homer in the top of the third proved to be the go-ahead run for the Dutch (4-5). They added three insurance runs in the sixth inning to pull away from ECC (2-7). Jared Groll, Jesse McKee and Brendon Rolley each drove in a run for St. Marys.
Isaac Brock had two base hits for ECC and Alex Wehler drove in the team’s lone RBI.
Wehler also had a solid outing on the mound for the Crusaders, allowing just three earned runs in four innings of work.
ECC hosts Johnsonburg on Thursday.
