Two Bradford teens were arraigned Thursday on more than 25 felony counts each involving the use of another person’s credit card.
Donald Riley, 18, of 18 Miller St., and Kelsey Ackley, 19, of 16 Jerome Ave., were both charged with stealing credit card information belonging to a relative of Ackley’s.
According to court records, on Jan. 31, the victim reported to police the fraudulent use of her credit and debit cards. The total amount of fraudulent charges was $2,305.47.
Police obtained surveillance footage from a bank where the pair were recorded using the cards. The victim identified the two as Ackley and her boyfriend, Riley, court records stated.
