SMETHPORT — A Bradford woman pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to allegations stemming from a cocaine delivery.
Megan S. Lewis, 26, entered her plea to charges of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, on April 18, 2017, Lewis conspired with Jennifer Yeager to deliver .43 grams of cocaine. Lewis used a communication facility to set up the delivery with a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force, and Yeager made the delivery. Yeager is serving a term of five to 23 ½ months in McKean County Jail for a delivery charge in the case.
Lewis will be sentenced April 19.
Also in court, Jermaine L. Brown, 36, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor. Assistant District Attorney Ashley Shade said that on Oct. 14, Brown furnished alcohol to a 15-year-old female. He will be sentenced May 17.
Jennifer L. Coldren, 37, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to charges of theft by unlawful taking. She will be sentenced May 17.
Gordon L. Eschrich, 44, of Port Allegany, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of leased property. According to Shade, on Jan. 6, 2015, Eschrich obtained a property agreement with Rent-A-Center for two television sets and a living room set worth $1,620.54 that he did not follow. He will be sentenced April 19.
Brenda S. Mitchell, 38, of Port Allegany, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft. On Aug. 18, Mitchell took a candy bar and cheese from Sheetz in Port Allegany, said Assistant District Attorney Jerry Grill. She will serve one year of probation and pay $7.94 in restitution.
The following were accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for DUI-alcohol: Stephen J. Zawatski, 21, of Bradford, Beau P. Close, 33, of Bradford, Amy J. Epp, 44, of Crozet, Va., and Kevin T. Eaton, 27, of Eldred; also entered into the ARD Program was Thomas M. Monroe, 20, of Allegany, N.Y., for marijuana-small amount for personal use.
