ROULETTE — Sweden Township Police reported on Saturday that a stolen vehicle has been recovered — after allegedly being taken by a 12-year-old.
The teen allegedly drove a vehicle belonging to a relative from Bradford City to Roulette Township, where it was recovered, police indicated on social media. The vehicle was returned to its owner, and the boy to his mother.
Police reported that charges will be filed in Potter County juvenile court, while Bradford City Police would handle any charges that might be filed in McKean County.
The teen’s name was not released.
By law, juvenile court records are not public unless the defendant is at least 14 years old and the charges would be felonies if committed by an adult.
