A Bradford man waived a preliminary hearing on allegations he conspired with others to make methamphetamine.
Corey M. Robinson, 34, was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Two additional charges have been filed against him, according to court records: possessing a precursor substance with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, a felony, and reckless endangering another person, a second-degree misdemeanor.
He was initially charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy to possession a precursor substance, both felonies; conspiracy to operate a methamphetamine lab, a first-degree felony; and conspiracy to risk catastrophe, a third-degree felony.
The criminal complaint alleges that a state parole officer discovered a “shake and bake” meth lab during a well-being check of Robinson at his apartment at 246 E. Main St., lower apartment, Bradford.
Law enforcement officials obtained a search warrant, and during a subsequent search found precursors of methamphetamine, working bottles of meth in different stages of composition and drug paraphernalia including syringes, bottles and packaging materials, according to court records.
Robinson is also accused of purchasing ephedrine on Jan. 4 at Walmart, as he was allegedly conspiring with Joshua Safford and John Burford to manufacture meth, the complaint states.
Safford, along with Crystal Robinson, were arrested the same day as Corey Robinson for the alleged meth lab; no charges have been filed against Burford.
Corey Robinson remains incarcerated in McKean County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
