A drug delivery charge against a Crosby woman was bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge William Todd.
Brandi L. Bosworth, 43, still faces the felony charge, but a misdemeanor drug possession charge was withdrawn, court records indicate.
According to court records, in July 2015, someone emailed the Kane barracks of state police to report a grow operation at Bosworth’s residence. When police arrived at her residence, they observed marijuana growing outside in the yard. They spoke to a male at the residence, who said the plants were Bosworth’s, the records alleged.
She is free on $10,000 unsecured bail.
