A Limestone, N.Y., man was arraigned Thursday on allegations that he didn’t return or pay for items from House of Television in Bradford.
Brian R. Manross, 29, of Main Street, is charged with four first-degree misdemeanor charges of theft: two of theft by deception and two of receiving stolen property.
According to court records, in April 2016, Manross entered a rental agreement with House of Television for a living room set, a washer and a mattress. He failed to make the monthly payments, and failed to return the washer and mattress, court records read.
Total restitution for the items is $1,149.10.
Manross was arraigned before District Judge Dom Cercone and released on $5,000 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on March 29.
